Job Scope
The ideal candidate must understand the clienfs business and must be able to dive deeply into their business issues. Assignments will vary and will involve providing expert consultancy, mentoling, facilitation, strategy and policies in Business Process Re¬engineering processes, with emphasis in technology solutions. Candidate must be able to develop, maintain and optimise a Business Process Management capability that supports effective management and core business processes.
Helshe will be responsible for integrating current products and applications to improve efticiency and security; developing financial products that are technology driven; putting in place efficient and appropriate systems, controls and manuals; and maintaining regular, effective and interactive interface from senior board level to Information Technology and business specialists. He/she must also have exceilent business development skills and will be responsible for the day to day management and operations of the department.
