The Management Trainee program is designed to develop graduates through specially designed functional programs in the hope that they become part of the future senior management talent pool.

REQUIREMENT & PERSONAL QUALITIES:
To be qualified for this position, an applicant must possess:
• A minimum of HND (Distinction) or BSC degree (second class upper) in one of the following fields:-
- Business & Commercial Sciences
- Pure sciences (Pharmacy, Biological, biochemistry, Microbiology etc)
- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, and Production)
• Candidate must not be more than 27 years of age by October 2010
• Should have between 0-2 years work experience
• Interested in having a career in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector
• Possess a creative and analytical mind
• Passionate about building an international career
• Willingness to improve and result oriented
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Team work spirit
