ensure its ability to deliver optimum business results.
Carry out job analysis and reviews as required or prompted by business needs.

Develop overall engagement strategy/plan using employee feedback.

JOB REQUIREMENT

HND/Bachelor degree.
3 years experience in human resource department.
Consulting experience will be an added advantage.
