Personality Profile
Forward looking businessman/woman of impeccable Character
Strong passion for business target delivery and growth.
Commitment to exceeding set targets, in line with the rules of Key Distributorship Scheme.
Financial Networth
Must provide verifiable statement of financial net worth.
Ability to provide own funds to the tune of three (3) weeks stock Cover, which could be between N30 – N60 million minimum depending on the assigned territory.
Ability to provide acceptable collateral to secure credit from reputable banks enlisted on the Unilever Key Distributorship Scheme.
Capable of providing required infrastructure to ensure effective Coverage of the assigned territory:
Exclusive Warehousing facilities with alternative power supply
Operational Vans
Key Distributor Business Manager
Sales Supervisor
Sales Representatives/back office staff
Computer System and Printer – Hand Held Terminals and Mobile Printers
Telecommunications facilities and Scanning Machine.
