NDDC was established in 2000 with the mission of facilitating the rapid, even and sustainable development of the Niger Delta into a region that is economically prosperous, socially stable, ecologically regenerative and politically peaceful. However, the NDDC 20011 Post Graduate Foreign Scholarship is on for suitable candidates with relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree from recognized Universities in the following professional disciplines:

1. Engineering
2. Medicine
3. Computer Science/Technology
4. Geology
5. Geosciences
6. Environmental Sciences

Mode of Application
1. Application must be made On-Line at the Commission’s website: with the following attachments:
Recent passport photograph
Local Government identification letter
Post Graduate admmission letter from Overseas University
Relevant Degrees from recognized University
2. Successfully completed application form will be assigned a registration number automatically
3. Print the hard copy of the on-line generated acknowledgement for ease of reference
4. All shortlisted applicants will be posted on NDDC website.
