Description: 
Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of a Bakery/ Cafe responsibilities includes:

• answering calls and handling queries
• liaising with staff, clients, etc.
• booking meetings
• organising deliveries
• planning, organizing and managing events
• conducting research on the internet
• writing reports, emails,
• preparing presentations
• managing and reviewing filing and office systems

Applicant must be:

• IT literate, efficient with Microsoft Office Applications
