VACANCIES FOR CRAFT TRAINEEPOSITIONS

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for recruitment as CRAFT TRAINEES. The program entails a six-month comprehensive training in our Technical Learning Centre. Eligible candidates must possess the following educational qualification.

a) NABTEB: Credits in FIVE SUBJECTS, ehich must include the following:
(i) English Lanuage, Mathematics and Physics or Chemistry
(ii) Any TWO of the following Trade related subjects

Mechanical engineering Craft Practice
Fabric & Welding
Refrigeration & Air0Condtioning Works
Electrical Installation and Maintenance Works
Electronic Works
Instrumentation Mechanic Works

b) candidates must have SAT for the above examination not earlier than November/December, 2009
c) candidates must not be older than 28 years as at last year birthday anniversary

NB Plc Trainees Recruitment-Nigeria Breweries

The Management Trainee position is an integral part of the NB Plc Graduate Management Development Scheme, targeted at identifying young, bright, ambitious and talented Nigerian graduates who are desirous of a career in a world class environment.

There are basically six (6) different routes to joining NB Plc, they are highlighted below:

This route is targeted at graduates who have recently completed their NYSC. This is further divided into:

1. Management trainees – Commercial (Sales and Marketing), Finance, HR, Logistics.

2. Technical trainees – Brewers and Engineers

This is aimed at undergraduates with exceptional CGPAs in select universities in Nigeria. Under this scheme, the successful candidates are absorbed into the company upon completion of their NYSC.

This scheme focuses on encouraging budding African talents who have been educated abroad but are desirous of a career that will add value to the African cause.

This involves youth corps members that have been deployed to NB Plc for their service year. Upon completion and having met the company’s requirements for employment, they are absorbed into the business.

Typically aimed at experienced hires who wish for an exciting and rewarding career with a world class organization.

Applications are usually received for positions that have not been advertised for. This should usually describe your education, experience and why you would like a career with NB Plc.

After a highly competitive selection process, successful candidates will undergo a systematic and broad -based training programme involving formal training and experiential attachments for 12 months. At the end of the training, successful candidates will be considered for management positions in the company.
