Main functions of the job
Sales role
- To provide online counselling and advice to students enquiring about Bellerbys and International Study Centre (ISC)
- courses
- To sell Bellerbys and ISC courses to students who contact us directly via email, webforms, LivePerson, fax, phone or walk-ins, into agreed Bellerbys and ISC programmes/centres
- To use the student’s own language where possible and appropriate
- To identify up-selling opportunities and convert into sales
Qualifications:
- A good university or HND degree including personal and professional attributes such as:
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused, service-oriented approach to sales
- Sales-driven, motivated, enthusiastic manner
- Sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences
- Highly IT literate
- Fast, accurate typing skills
- Comfortable in high-pressure sales environment
- Keen to meet and exceed targets
Relevant experience in this field will be a definite advantage.
