Position: Deputy Registrar
The Deputy Registrar shall assist the Registrar in the discharge of his responsibilities
Qualification and Experience:
Candidates must possess a good honours degree not lower than 2nd Class (lower division) from a recognized university, preferably in the humanities. Candidates should also have at least ten (10) years post qualification administrative experience in a University of comparable institution of learning.
Possession of postgraduate degree and membership of relevant professional bodies will be added advantage,
Candidates must also be ICT compliant. Serving officers who wish to apply must have at least four years experience on the rank of Principal Assistant Registrar or its equivalent in a University or comparable institution.

Position: Bursar
The Bursar shall hold office for a period of five (5) years commencing from the effective date of his appointment and on such terms and conditions as may be specified in the letter of appointment and may be re-appointed for one further period of five (5) years and no more.
Schedule:
The Bursar is the Chief Financial Officer of the University responsible to the Vice-chancellor for the day-to-day administration and control of the finances of the University.
Qualification:
Candidates must possess a good university degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution plus professional certification by a reputable accounting body, preferably ICAN, ANAN or ACCA.
In addition, candidate must be ICT compliant and demonstrate ability to formulate and implement financial policies, produce manual of University financial procedures, offer sound financial advice as well as exhibit resourcefulness in revenue generation.
Experience:
Applicants, who should not be above 55 years of age must have had at least fifteen (15) years postgraduate experience, seven (7) of which must be in a University or comparable institution.

The conditions of service are as applicable to Bursars of Nigerian Universities, save as may be determined by the Governing Council from time to time,
