Job Title:
Value Added Service Application Support - Specialist (Level 2)
Experience
3-4 years of experience in providing L1/L2 support in Telecom domain and with at least 2-4 years experience in supporting Telecom VAS software products/applications.
Qualifications
Graduate/ BE / MCA or Equivalent
Desired Profile
• Advanced knowledge of Telecom , Networking and UNIX Administration , Problem debugging/isolation skills for applications/DBs /Interfaces.
• Vendor co-ordination and conflict mgmt skills, Documentation.
• Shift operations planning and co-ordination , Reporting & Presentations.
• Write well constructed shell scripts with functional routines.
• Deal with customers in a professional & courteous manner which keeps them informed and offers value on a daily basis.
• Sound understanding of VAS Services , Call flows , GSM , SS7 , clustering solutions.
• Understand the impact of particular processes along with what processes should be running on a server & how they should be configured.
• Solid understanding of storage, including SAN attached & local storage.
• Thorough understanding of monitoring and reporting tools.
• Provides assistance to team members to achieve individual and team tasks.
• Demonstrates self assurance in own actions, judgments and capabilities.
• Work together with external technical groups in order to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Actively troubleshoot monitoring and reporting issues.
• Excellent communication skills - Written & Oral.

Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (Level 2)
Experience: 3-5 Year
Qualification
Minimum diploma in Information Technology or related Field from a reputable institute
Mandatory Skills
• Experience in a similar position from a reputable organization
• Experience with workstation/ Desktop support
• Extensive knowledge of windows XP professional and Windows 7
• Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 and 2010 suites
• Good MS Outlook Knowledge (Mail Configuration and Backup of PST)
• Basic Knowledge of Printer Hardware & Configuration
• Good Networking Knowledge (Crimping, N/W Configuration)
• Good Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS,DHCP
• Knowledge of File & Print Server
• Excellent hard ware and software troubleshooting knowledge
• Knowledge of troubleshooting Laptop’s Wi-Fi connectivity
• Knowledge of Video conference system
• Desktop/laptop deployment experience
• Knowledge of systems software to determine if a malfunction is in the hardware or in the soft ware

Job Title:
Network Specialist (Level 2)
Experience: 3-5 Years experience
Quailifications
• Minimum Degree in Information Technology; Computer Science or related field from a reputable organization.
• Cisco certification is desirable
Mandatory Skills
• Experience in similar position in a reputable I.T firm organization.
• IT technical skills ( Network, Server operating systems and application, Active directory; MS exchange 2003, hard ware and software support
• TCP/IP based network Implementation
• Knowledge of VOIP based network implementation and management
• Knowledge of Wireless LAN deployment, management and troubleshooting
• Installation and administration of Firewalls PIX/Check point and Load balancers

• 1-5 years experience in a similar position in a reputable Organization
• Knowledge of best practices for windows 2003 and windows 2008.
• Knowledge of deployment, management and troubleshooting of WSUS, DHCP, Active directory and Mail system (MS exchange 2003)
• Knowledge of Internet Proxy & Content Filtering and Antivirus management
• Experience in creating solutions to automate installation, configuration & management of multiple software applications and hard ware and software support
• Knowledge of windows Server patch management, Information Security techniques and principles and Vulnerability management
• Audits & Security Assessment Scans

Job Title:
Finance Manager
Experience: 2-5 Years of Experience
Qualifications
Degree in Commerce or related field from a reputable institution
Desired Profile
• Maintain day-to-day financial control of the service within budget heads agreed by the trustee board.
• Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit control.
• Support the Honorary Treasurer in the provision of information for the estimates.
• Advise on the proper allocation of resources.
• Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times.
• Prepare and review detailed budgets for approval by the governing body in conjunction with the Honorary Treasurer and/or appropriate Sub-Committee.
• Make regular reports to the governing body on income, expenditure and any variations from budgets.
• Ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met in relation to submissions for funding, for grant aid, for contracts and any other initiatives.
• Act as cheque signatory for and authorise expenditure up to limits as agreed by the governing body.
• Ensuring timely submission and filling of various periodical returns as may prescribe by respective country's government authority.
• Ensuring monitoring and control over cash flow transactions in line with approval / authorisation system.
• Ensuring company procedures, control set up, reporting structure on top of corporate and government compliance and governance.
• Co-ordination with banks, financial institutions, lawyers, consultants, immigration dept and other government authorities from time to time on case to case and regular functional aspects.
• Observance and suggestive recommendations on day to day routine accounts, finance, commercial and business functions for smooth running of overall operations.
• Candidate being full in charge of entire office operations he will be wholly responsible to interact and report to FC / Group FC / CFO / CEO and in parallel to VP operations and Business development.

HR and Admin Manager
Experience: 3-7 Years of Experience in similar field from a reputable
Qualifications
