RoyalCourt Private School is located on the East – West Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria and is to be a co-educational (British) National Curriculum Secondary School to commence operations in September 2011. The school offers complete education – intellectual, spiritual, cultural, physical and social. The school encourages academic excellence and high social standards, while fostering individual talents in the arts and on the sports field.

RoyalCourt presently has openings for teaching and other members of staff who are proactive and keen on building their careers. SAMUELSON has been engaged by the School to identify exceptional, hardworking, experienced and versatile individuals to fill these positions:

• Heads Of Faculty (Hods)

• Subject Teachers

• House Masters/ Mistresses

• Head Of Boarding

• Librarian

• Music Teacher

Heads of Faculty (HODs) will include those for Languages, Humanities, Social Science, Sciences including ICT, Mathematics and Creative and Vocational subjects (such as Design & Technology) and Music

REQUIREMENTS
• At least 5 years post-qualification experience (7 years for HODs) in a Secondary School

POTENTIAL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Education to degree level and or suitable educational qualifications

• Good MS Office skills – Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent teaching/communication skills

Familiarity with the British National Curriculum would be desirable. Candidates must be practicing Christians. Those with post-graduate degrees and/or professional qualifications and demonstrable ability to effectively run an extra-curricular activity within the school will have a distinct advantage
