We are a Real Estate Agency, Property Management and Development company based in Ikoyi, Lagos and engaged in land and property sourcing, development, construction, lettings and management. We are seeking, for immediate employment, suitably qualified, mature, dynamic, energetic and experienced individuals for the following position:
CORPORATE CLIENT/HNI SERVICES MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
BSc or HND in Marketing or any Business or Social Science discipline
Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience
Membership of appropriate professional body will be added advantage
SKILLS AND COMPETENCE
Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer and requirements
Proven ability to create, develop, and implement strategic programs and tactics
Superior oral, writing communication skills with highly acquired interpersonal skills
Flexible and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks at single instance within compressed times
Innovative, stress tolerance, decision-making skills.
Proven knowledge in market and customer research
Highly innovative, proactive and able to handle and meet clients service needs
Ability to think fast and give quick and accurate response to clients’ enquiries
MARKETING MANAGER / COORDINATOR
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
BSc or HND in Marketing or any Business or Social Science discipline
Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience
Membership of appropriate professional body will be added advantage
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer and requirements
Proven ability to create, develop, and implement strategic programs and tactics
Proven knowledge in market and customer research
Highly innovative, proactive and able to handle and meet clients service needs
Superior oral, writing communication skills with highly acquired interpersonal skills

REAL ESTATE SURVEYOR
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A member of the Nigerian Institute of Surveyors (NISV)
BSc or HND in Real Estate Management
Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience
SKILLS AND COMPETENCE
Extensive knowledge appropriate for designing and implementing marketing strategies in a real estate and property management industry
Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer and requirements
Proven ability to create, develop, and implement strategic programs and tactics
Superior oral, writing communication skills with highly acquired interpersonal skills
Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
Flexible and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks at single instance within compressed times
Innovative, stress tolerance, decision-making skills
Proven knowledge in market and customer research
Competence in all aspects of building surveying, including construction standards, building law, and code development and legislation
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Self motivated and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Ability to build and maintain relationships is very essential
Positive attitude with good organizational skills
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and use of the internet
Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills with nose for details
Valid driving license is essential to effectively carry out this job
Good geographical knowledge of FCT, state capitals and commercial cities in Nigeria
Willingness to travel anytime at short notice
