FACILITATOR (Civil Engineering)  Eligibility:  Graduate or final year student in the above field with deep background in design.Ø  Good academic achievementØ  Good communication skillsØ  Proficiency in PROKON, STAADPRO, ORION, AUTOCAD and other structural software is an added advantage. However, the company still provide solid hand-on training on these for the successful candidates.Ø  Background knowledge in Eurocode design is highly required. Structural solution is now in partnership with reputable consulting firms and construction companies in Nigeria to allow our students and graduates after successfully completed a course on how to design in accordance to Eurocode to gain professional experience which may lead to permanent job. We discovered that less than 5% of civil engineers in Nigeria can effectively design in accordance to Eurocode. Many companies in the country are now seeking for those that have background knowledge in Eurocode design to meet the current changes in the civil engineering after withdraw of the British standard on March 31, 2010.
