1.  Crane Operators ·         Minimum of WASC with various relevant qualification and certification in crane and forklift operation for 5yrs ·         Must be able to operate Cranes capacity of 40 Tons and above. Ability to read and interpret load charts. Must be disciplined and safety conscious while operating the crane. 2.  Site Nurse ·         Qualified and experience Nurse with minimum of 3yrs working experience working in the field. ·         Ability to handle immediate incident and accident cases at least to first aid level and must be able to dispense medicine tablets. 3.  Project Accountant ·         A graduate in Accountancy with relevant account qualifications. Must have up to 5yrs experience Cost Accounting from a reputable manufacturing or construction company. ·         Attention to details in respect to cost, spending and expenses of the project with proper records. Must be able to follow up progress invoicing to the client, payment to the workers etc. 4.  QA/AC Coordinator ·         Engineering or Technical Degree and 3 or more years in current position, 15+ years experience in Quality Assurance / Control associated with major projects in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry, with senior QAlQC supervisory experience ·         Coordinate welding inspection, NDE, PWHT and mechanical testing of weld procedure qualification tests. ·         Ensure correct pre-welding activities are fully carried out and carry out dimension and quality control activities prior to, during and after production welding on structural, piping and pressure units etc. 5.  SHE Coordiantor ·         Safety Professional with Engineering or Technical Degree plus a minimum of 7 years experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry. ·         Generate relevant JHA, JSA, Permit to work and other relevant HSE procedures ·         Ensure continuous good housekeeping and compliance with the use of PPEs on site. 6.  Camp Office Cleaners ·         Minimum of First School Leaving Certificate ·         Good character and moral background. Must be very diligent to duty. 7.  Welder ·         Technical qualification and minimum of First School Leaving Certificate ·         Must have adequate welding training and practice. Must be qualified Welder on the Job and must still be current in the welding work. 8.  Fitter ·         Minimum of WASC or technical school qualification on fit up ·         Ability to read and interpret drawings in details. Must be sound and knowledgeable in handling fitting tools ie Steel rules and tapes, measure angles. must be able to transfer the readings, dimensions to real work practical 9.  Scaffolders ·         Minimum of First school leaving certificate with training in the erection of scaffolds and safety norms of working at height. At least must have done the scaffolding work for 3yrs on the job. ·         Know how to wear and maintain harness belt while working at height. Must understand the relevant tagging system to scaffold and safety consciousness associated with the job. 10.  Riggers ·         Minimum of WASC and relevant training and courses on rigging activities. ·         Ability to do lifting of any task effectively. Ability to identify all the lifting gears ( ie slings and shackles etc. Must be able to work extra hours and ready to work at any time called upon to load and offload critical project materials. Highly dedicated to support the construction activities of the project. 11.  Logistics/Material Coordinator ·         Minimum OND qualification and minimum of 5years working experience in oil and gas industry. ·         Ability to identify all related materials spec in the project on arrival and good materials inventory taking. Knowledge on how to use venier calipers for thickness confirmation. Tracking and follow up trucks with the materials till delivery to site and stacking. 12.  Store Keeper ·         Minimum of WAEC certificate and very articulate and working experience of about 3 years in similar jobs ·         Material stock taking, receiving and issuing skill. Must acquire stamina and able to differentiate various materials at a glance. 13.  Project Engineers ·         B.SC or HND in Engineering with minimum of 5yrs experience in a similar job. ·         Ability to use AutoCAD well, good understanding of engineering parameters and detailing. Must be able to raise work pack to support the planned task 14.  Procurement Lead ·         A graduate with minimum of 5yrs relevant experience in a similar jobs in oil and gas services ·         Expert in procurement activities and sequence of placing order starting from articulation of requisitions, raising of RFQ, evaluation, order placing, tracking arrival and supply of the materials. 15.  Community Liaison Officer ·         Minimum OND qualification with at least 3yrs experience on the job ·         Ability to dialogue with every aspect of host community. Must be able to generate conducive and friendly atmosphere with the neighboring communities  16.  Security Coordinator and Security Officers ·         Minimum of OND qualification with not less than 10 yrs experience on security works. Retired security officer will be an advantage for Security coordinator and WASC for Security officers with former experience in security organization. ·         Previous experience in security related jobs preferably retired security personnel. Must be trained and of high intelligence in fishing out the odds among the even. Must be able to display maturity in taking decision on identified security related issues and must be healthy, energetic, disciplined and must not be an ex-convict.  17.  Technicians ·         Technical qualification and minimum of First School Leaving Certification ·         General knowledge of repair and maintenance in each area of specialization 18.  Drivers ·         Possession of West African School certificate and 5yrs experience in driving, with valid driver’s license. ·         Able to read road signs, must have good sight vision and driving skills. Must be discipline and cool headed 19.  Fire Watch ·         Minimum of OND qualification with bias in safety coordination at site ·         Skills in identifying the safety fighting tools at site and tracking their status for updates. Must be fluent in speech making and addressing the workforce on safety related matters if called upon by the safety officer. Must be willing to learn safety on the job. 20.  Rolling Machine Operators ·         Minimum of WASC with relevant technical training in machine operation and plate rolling activities for at least 4yrs. ·         Technical knowledge on rolling machine operating. Precision in dimension and parameters in rolling. Ability to interpret to certain level dimensions on the drawing. Carefulness and safety consciousness during machine operation. 21.  Helper ·         Minimum of First school leaving certificate ·         Must be diligent and hard working. Must be submissive and will not exceed 40yrs of age. Preferably from the community 22.  Administrative Officer ·         A graduate or OND holders with relevant training and experience in personnel handling of minimum 2 years on the job ·         Ability to handle personnel issues and always liaise with HR dept in affairs of the personnel. Manage attendance of all the personnel at site. 23.  HSE Officers ·         Graduate with relevant HSE qualification and Training minimum of 4 years experience on the job ·         Ensure compliance to HSE annual inspection/Audit plan of projects at the shop floor and compliance with company’s HSE standards and work procedures on a continuous basis ·         Ensure continuous HSE reporting and documentation. Supervise on a continuous basis the usage and update of JHA for all projects. ·         Participate actively in weekly pep talks and daily site toolbox meetings. ·         Ensure continuous good housekeeping on site. Ensure compliance with use of PPEs  24.  Quality Lead ·         B.sc or HND holder with certification courses i.e CWI and CISWIP and training with minimum of 7 years experience on the job. ·         Good drawing and codes understanding. Must be able to produce the generic and specific AQ/AC procedures and welders procedural qualification test. Adequate relevant certifications, fabrication process follow up and documentations 25.  QA / QC ·         B.SC or HND and minimum of OND holders with certification courses - CWI , CISWIP and Training with minimum of 4yrs experience on the job ·         Extensive welding and QA/QC experience throughout Construction and Oil & Gas industries and crude oil tanks facility fabrication. Professionally trained and experience on NDT and welding techniques. ·         Expert in monitoring and reporting all activities with workflow involved in welding inspection project together with ability to read blueprints, welding symbols and generate inspection reports. 26.  Project/ Interface site Engineer(Civil/Mechanical) ·         B.SC or HND in Engineering with minimum of 5yrs experience in a similar jobs ·         Good contract scope knowledge in project execution. ·         Must have the capacity to follow up every activities of the project, then track and record progress of the job and measure periodically the percentage progress with the scheduler. Must be able to track action items to close out. Must be good in facilitating meetings, able to identify and generate project risk plans. 27.  Planning/Scheduling Engineer ·         B.SC or HND in Engineering with minimum of 5yrs experience in a similar jobs ·         Must be able to use Primavera project software for planning and to identify scope of schedule activities and determine milestones to support project schedule, including identification of contractual milestones. ·         Knowledge of establishing activity durations and sequence for specific work discipline. ·         To perform schedule development, maintenance and monitoring activities as directed and lead scheduling activities when delegated and also to prepare schedule, manpower, and quantity progress and performance reports. ·         To develop all scheduling tools to be used in control, monitoring and reporting of project status. 28.  Document Controller ·         HND or OND in any related discipline with minimum of 3yrs experience in the oil & gas ·         Must be good in the use of Microsoft software and DCC data collection, filing and transmittals 29.  Draughtsman (Civil/Mechanical) KEY RESPONSIBILITY ·         Read and interpret structural steel drawings for fabrication ·         Understand symbols and typical details for steel structures ·         Warehouse, handrails and stair case, overhead tanks, overhead cranes, platform (overhead) etc ·         Prepare detailed fabrication (shop) drawings of steel structures without mismatch/error during site assembly ·         Occasional site visit QUALIFICATION:   OND/SSCE  with minimum of 5 years working experience in  the steel    fabrication/installation industry SKILL:   Auto CAD 30.  Design Engineer (Mechanical/Civil)  KEY RESPONSIBILITY  ·          Read, understand client specifications (data sheets/standard) ·          Prepare preliminary designs of mechanical static drawing equipment, storage tanks, pressure vessels, etc ·          Provide material take off (MTO) of products for weight estimation during bidding ·         Review client comments on engineering deliverable; design calculation/drawings for final approval ·         Raises deviation requests (DR)/ concession request on necessary to meet project specific requirements ·         Familiar with detailed design with velite/compress software tank ·         Understand and applies relevant design code e.g ASME section viii div I PD 5500 etc ·         Prepare MTO from detailed design/drawing for procurement ·         Ensure products satisfies client, requirements and standard codes QUALIFICATION: B.sc/HND in mechanical Engineering with minimum of 3 years relevant post qualification experience 31.  Design Engineer (Civil/Mechanical) KEY RESPONSIBILITY  ·         Prepare preliminary designs of steel structures for weight estimation during bidding. ·         Perform quick structural member size determination ·         Basic knowledge and application of relevant structural design codes such as BS 8110 etc ·         Familiar with detailed structural design using staadpro/sacs etc ·         Review structural fabrication drawings for client approval ·         Generates MTO for weight estimation of steel structures during bidding ·         Ensures that structural products are safe and meets clients and code requirements QUALIFICATION: B.sc/HND in Civil Engineering. With minimum of 3 years relevant post qualification experience
