      prepared are adequate and based on standard work practice and
      specification which are kept in a safe and proper manner from
      unauthorized use. 3. Responsible for effective and timely audit CARs/
      Projects NCRs close-out.. 4. Ensure implementation of the Inspection
      & Test Plan ( ITP) prepared, which shows various levels of
      surveillance and inspection hold points which can only be passed and
      before further progress of work could proceed. 5. Ensure accurate Quality

      in planning and executing audit schedules to comply with set quality
      standard and QMS requirements . 8. Reviews MTO ( Material Take
      Off)prepared by engineering Also, reviews MTC (Material Test
      Certificates) before materials arrival in order to avert purchasing
      defective materials. 9. Ensures timely materials inspection for
      compliance in order to meet project schedule 10. Coordinate with Client’s

      performance; plan schedules of Project audits. Enumerating staff job to
      be executed and setting objectives based on assigned responsibilities and
      evaluating staff’s eventual performance. 5. Plan various surveillance

      client’s Manufacturing Data Report Index - Approved client’s Data
      Manufacturing Data Report Index are reviewed by Quality Manager before
      client’s approval. 8. Manage and train subordinate in order to improve
      their ability and efficiency in carrying out their activities - In order
      to enhance the productivity and proficiency of subordinate, training
      needs are identified and training programme planned to develop their
      skills. 9. Liaise with various regulatory authority for process
      certification and renewal of licenses - The job holder is the interface
      for quality base Company regulatory requirement like Nigerian Nuclear
      Regulatory Agency (NNRA), ASME, HSB – India, ABS-India/Singapore, SGS,
      Lloyds, DNV, Moody Int, etc. He liaises on issues of process
      certification, and renewal / re-validation. 10. Corroborate with Testing
