reps Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: 1. Ensures product
compliance to codes and specification - This function is carried out
through verification of projects deliverables with client’s project
reference code and fabrication specifications. 2. Ensure strict
supervision and control of standard work procedures - The procedures
prepared are adequate and based on standard work practice and
specification which are kept in a safe and proper manner from
unauthorized use. 3. Responsible for effective and timely audit CARs/
Projects NCRs close-out.. 4. Ensure implementation of the Inspection
& Test Plan ( ITP) prepared, which shows various levels of
surveillance and inspection hold points which can only be passed and
before further progress of work could proceed. 5. Ensure accurate Quality
System Documentation of records in compliance to client’s Manufacturing
Data Report Index - Approved client’s Data Manufacturing Data Report
Index are reviewed by Quality Manager before client’s approval. 6. Corroborate
with Testing Laboratories for Mechanical & Metallurgical Testing of
Materials & Welded Test materials, as per Code
/Standard/Specification. 7. Participate in carrying out planned audit
schedules i.e Internal, Supplier, Client and 3rd party audits - Participate
in planning and executing audit schedules to comply with set quality
standard and QMS requirements . 8. Reviews MTO ( Material Take
Off)prepared by engineering Also, reviews MTC (Material Test
Certificates) before materials arrival in order to avert purchasing
defective materials. 9. Ensures timely materials inspection for
compliance in order to meet project schedule 10. Coordinate with Client’s
representative in resolving all quality issues 11. Ensure proactive
calibration for validity / reliability and availability of required

certification and renewal of licenses - The job holder is the interface

Regulatory Agency (NNRA), ASME, HSB – India, ABS-India/Singapore, SGS,
Lloyds, DNV, Moody Int, etc. He liaises on issues of process
certification, and renewal / re-validation. 10. Corroborate with Testing

Coordinate and controls site Quality Inspectors and site Quality Leads to
