RESPONSIBILITIES

Proven successful track record in planning, developing and implementing strategy for organizational

development, HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices,

discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession

planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals and quality

maintaining issues), establishing and maintaining appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of

staff and development

Must be able to establish and maintain appropriate systems for monitoring, measuring and reporting

necessary aspect of organizational performance including g organizational development plans and

achievements within agreed formals


QUALIFICATION

Minimum of 1st Degree in related discipline. Professional qualification is an added advantage


FINANCE & ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Hands-on experience in business and financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and

reporting, including management and development of policies, systems, processes and personnel involved

Also a minimum of 5 years experience in administration of the financial system, employee pay records benefits and preparing accounts, managing payroll, contributing to the development and maintenance of

financial systems and processes, providing advice and information to Mgt, controlling budgets and ensuring

all financial regulations are adhered to


QUALIFICATION;

Minimum of ACA plus OND or BSC/HND in Accounting
