The firm of Deinde Odusanya & Co. was registered, under the Companies and Allied Matters Decree 1990, as No LAZ.036178 on 23rd July, 1996, following the receipt of its licence to practise as a firm of Chartered Accountants in April 1996, from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria ("ICAN").

The firm was registered with the main objective of utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach to its accountancy; auditing; financial & fair Value due diligence; enterprise rehabilitation and restructuring; taxation; and economic consulting services in order to provide its clients with an integrated means of meeting their needs and achieving their objectives.

Deinde Odusanya & Co. is licensed by:- The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as Chartered Accountant; The Securities & Exchange Commission ("SEC") as Reporting Accountants and Capital Market Consultants to take care of Capital Markets consultancy assignments of the firm; and DMO as sub-National Debt Consultants. The basic philosophy is therefore to provide always to our clients in business and governments, whether large or small, complete and unique service at all times.

Qualification/Requirements

001

Candidates must be experience in carrying out statutory Audits, reporting accountants and all aspects of financial due diligence

A minimum of 2.2 in Accounting or in related discipline from a reputable institution

ACA will be an added advantage

Must be well groomed in the use of computer and accounting software’s

With excellent communication and writing skills

And have knowledge of automated financial and accounting systems

Candidates must possess cognate experience in taxation related matters

And must be familiar with Nigerian Tax laws and the frailties therein

Candidates must possess excellent writing & verbal communication and interpersonal skills

And ability to analyze and process financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections

And knowledge of federal and sate financial regulations

He/she must be experience in strategic planning and execution

Due diligence

Business reviews and valutation and enterprise restructuring and rehabilitation

And must be willing to work withina flexible schedule

Candidates must possess a first degree in accounting (minimum of 2.2) or any other management related discipline with a minimum of 2.1

ACA will be an added advantage

Must be comp0uter literate and possess a good communication and writing skill

General Requirements

Age between 25-36 yrs
