· Assist brownfield verification team when on a visit
· Make weekly visits to all work locations (platforms) and barges to assure good productivity and work force compliance with the Company safety expectations
· Work with Superintendents to ensure alignment on all works to be performed and any up coming projects.
· Attend all offshore pre-job kickoff meetings with MPN Operations.
· Must be at all locations prior to any critical lifts.
· .Work with the Construction Supervisors to ensure they are aware of Exxon Mobil policy, specifications and standard
· Communicate with the MPN Installation Engineers to assure all documents needed for each Project are available for Supervisors on Locations

Roles (Basic Function and Scope)
Manage the Project Department Construction team to ensure all projects and construction activities are executed safely, cost effectively and to schedule, delivering facilities fit-for-purpose meeting defined safety and quality standards with minimum life cycle costs.
2. Responsibilities (Duties Performed)
Project Execution
- Review and endorsement of construction safety, quality and construction plans.
- Review and endorsement of organization plans for the construction phase of the projects. Work with Construction Manager to ensure projects are appropriately staff for the construction phase.
- Review updates to the Construction Management System.
- Regularly report to Project Engineering Design and Implementation Manager and Construction Manager on all project status.

Job description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
The service provider shall be fully responsible for supervising and coordinating site construction activities done by CONTRACTORS from site survey, camp erection till pipeline commissioning, hand-over and demobilization.
To ensure COMPANY Technical Documents are being implemented by CONTRACTOR at site.
Management of the site construction supervision team, and control of CONTRACTOR activities.
Adequate reporting to NOPL Project Manager.
Coordination within NOPL supervision team in HSE, QA/QC and contractual matters.
Provide assistance to the Project Engineers for interface management, detailed and construction Engineering review.
Participate and assist with local NOPL team members training and development though Project execution.
MAIN ACTIVITIES :
1. HSE
Assist the Project Management Team to ensure compliance of CONTRACTOR construction activities with Client and Project safety objectives throughout the life of the Project.
2. CONTRACT
To manage the site construction supervision team, in order to achieve a proper control of all CONTRACTOR activities and work for all areas and disciplines.
To assess the seriousness and urgency of possible problems encountered by or with CONTRACTOR, and, when necessary, to obtain an acceptable remedial actions plan from CONTRACTOR.
To assess the relevancy of the construction related VOR issued by CONTRACTOR, and prepare supporting data for the purpose of the internal VOR review meeting, under the responsibility of the Construction Manager.
To prepare and attend the weekly, monthly and, when concerned, ad-hoc meetings with CONTRACTOR.
To maintain good relationships with CONTRACTOR in order to achieve Project objectives.
Keep the Package Manager informed of all the events which may affect the successful completion of the Project goals.
3. INTERFACES
To follow-up any interface questions between CONTRACTOR and other contractors on site and to coordinate with the relevant NOPL supervisory team members in that respect to minimize any possible impact on the disruption of the work.
4. COORDINATION
Assist the NOPL Project Manager in coordinating the site commissioning, site safety, site security, site engineering site quality surveillance activities, and site services as required.
Provide input and reviews to detailed design & construction engineering phase.
To put in place an appropriate hand-over system with his back to back, in accordance with the Package Manager’s request.
Adequate reporting on construction activities to Project Controls, preparing site reporting data for Project Controls
Assist CLO/CRO in communities’ management matters as necessary.
Work in close relationship with NAPIMS representatives assigned to site and, on their request, provide available information on the work performed by CONTRACTOR.
