This position is required to produce the site construction/as built drawings as well as the documentation. Also, the carrying out and management of Technical Site Survey (TSS).
Essential Job Functions
I. Production and issuance of generic construction drawings.
II. Verification of Agent’s acquired sites to confirm the allowable space and to determine whether the coordinate is within the clients’ allowable from the nominal (TSS).
III. Liaising with site supervisors and contractors on site challenges and proffer solution based on the TSS reports.
IV. Documentation and management of construction drawing files for all the sites.
V. Creation and management of As built designs and documentation.
Education/Certifications
A good first degree or HND, preferably in Engineering or Environmental sciences.
Exhibits a high level of initiative, objectivity, integrity, confidentiality & commitment
Have exceptional IT knowledge/skills to generate, review and interpret drawings.

This position is required to manage, coordinate and supervise all sites rollout and keeping up to date track record of the project using the PM software.
Essential Job Functions
To coordinate, Monitor and manage all sites build work programme and method for technical quality for Collocation sites build Project.
Attends meetings with contractors to get a feedback of all the activities at the different Regions covered(North- Central, North- west, South- South) and also discussed on the way to improve site build work without compromising quality and also delivered with Time and Cost.
To ensure that all the facilities are deployed and installed at sites according to their specifications and as scheduled.
Produce construction plan (Plan Action Programme, PAP) for new sites roll out and also necessary documentation for the all cell sites from start-up to the final completion of the project (FAC).
Monitor and collate daily reports for all the sites activities in the regions under my supervision in order to keep a daily update on the Project Management Programme software.
Management of contractor’s challenges encountered on all the sites and passing the information to the relevant department for immediate resolution, approval and action.
Liaise with the legal department in resolving various community issues on sites by getting and giving necessary approval required.
Issuance of ITP (Instruction to proceed) to contractors.
Education/Certifications
A good first degree or HND, preferably in Civil/Building/Electrical engineering. Must be registered with relevant Engineering bodies COREN, N.S.E.

Position Summary

This position is required to provide day to day site monitoring through the tower operating centre monitoring system and maintain contact with on site personnel.
Essential Job Functions
Provide day-to-day systems monitoring (e.g., documentation of alarms, fault, generator running hours, diesel level and site status etc.)
Monitoring of event, alarms and all activities on site via telemetry and vsys program and calling of site.
Daily documentation of alarm and all site proceedings
Track, escalate, follow-up and close faults on site through dockets
Open fault management, day to day follow up of open fault docket and resolution time
Daily preparation and distribution of regional reports as requested by the NOC Supervisor.
Liaise with the NOC Operations Assistant on Generator servicing and diesel delivery on delegated sites.
Ensure all reports are completed accurately and according to designated timelines.
Collations of Alarms per site and preparation of monthly alarms per sites
Carryout any other job responsibilities assigned by the NOC Supervisor.
