Head Business Development
Duties and Responsibilities
* Drive the creation of the strategic plan and develop processes to attract companies listed on The Exchange and help achieve our targeted market capitalization
* Responsible for overall Profit and Loss listings and trading efforts across trading lines.
* Provides leadership for the effective implementation, measurement and oversight of business development and ability to maintain current product lines.
* Responsible for the formulation and implementation of new product policies and initiatives.
* Monitor results of function-wide priorities, and highlight/engage on potential corrective actions and dependencies when necessary
* Develop the required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Business Development division to ensure the delivery of first class services.

Head of Technology Services
Duties and Responsibilities
* Drive the formulation of the technology strategy. Lead its execution, working in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
* Build, retain and motivate a best in class technology team across all the main technology disciplines and oversee associated changes
* Establish technical standards that will ensure a highly accessible and secure technology environment. Ensure adherence to the standards
* Identify and manage strategic supplier relationships to augment internal and strategic capabilities, whilst ensuring a high level of service delivery
* Provide strong leadership skills, ensuring the highest standards of governance, deliverables, risk and stakeholder management

* Solid technical track record in supporting and implementing technology infrastructures and or applications is essential
* Networking (switching/routing) and Market Data Services experience will be a distinct advantage

Internal Audit Head
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop a strategic plan, key performance indicators and budget for the department in line with corporate objectives.
* Development of internal control systems, operations manuals and procedures.
* Periodic review of internal control systems and recommend amendments to the council and management.
* Ensure budgets approved by the council are strictly adhered to.
* Periodic review of the management accounts for proper classifications of items of expenses and income.
* Liaising with the external auditors for timely audit of the financial statement and presentation to the stakeholder.
* Evaluate and monitor capital projects approved by the council and report on progress of execution.

Head Human Resources
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development of corporate strategy and lead in the development and execution of HR strategy
* Establish, control and monitor HRM policies to maximize manpower productivity.
* Direct the establishment of an effective Learning & Development Management System, Performance Management System and Manpower Development and Training and HR Admin/Employee Welfare.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and be responsible for firm-wide Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) including but are not limited to Compliance, Market and Credit Risk framework, and business continuity.

Bonds Product Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop retail market for Bond Trading
* Enhance market micro structure to increase profitability of bond trading (with respect to market quality, transaction fees, best execution etc)
* Work with market participants to increase liquidity in bonds traded on Exchange platform
* Coordinate operator and investor education in fixed income products
* Develop business requirements to drive trading platform development and enhancement.
* Liaise with Market Operations and Technology Division to ensure system compatibility with market structure in quote and order driven markets
* Maintain relationship with Debt Management Office Primary Dealing Market Makers, Exchange registered Broker-Dealers etc in support of order floor effort
* Drive, review and amendment of trading rules as necessary to promote fair and orderly trading
Qualifications and Experience
* A first degree in a business or related field from a reputable university
* A postgraduate degree (MSc or MBA) is an added advantage
* Minimum of 6 years post NYSC experience in bond trading either in an OTC or in an organized exchange

Equities Product Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
* Enhance market micro structure (in areas such as transaction fees, market making, sponsored access, securities lending and short selling) to increase profitability of equities
* Work with market participants to increase market liquidity in equities and consider questions such as appropriate length of trading hours, stock circuit breakers, trading lots etc)
* Coordinate operator and investor education in equity based products
