Functions:	(1) SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING Geo-Sciences, Environmental Science, Physics/Nuclear Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cartography, Bio-chemistry, Statistics, Mathematics, Maritime Science, Agricultural Science. (2) FOREIGN LANGUAGES: French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, German. (3) POLITICAL SCIENCE, LIBERAL ARTS and HUMANITIES: Economics, Statistics, Geography, Law, International Relations and Diplomacy.
Education:	A University Degree (1st Class or 2nd Class Upper) or a 2nd Class Lower with a Masters Degree.

Candidates should not be more than thirty (30) years old and must possess verifiable birth certificates. A sworn affidavit is not acceptable. Candidates must have completed their National Youth Service (NYSC). Knowledge of a second foreign language will be an advantage.
