1.) General Manager

Position Number: GEO I Nat

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business, marketing or related field. MBA preferred

At least 15 years of progressive experience, specifically in consumer, preferably beverage or packaged goods sales. Minimum 5 years must be in a management capacity.

A thorough understanding of the sales process with proven ability to develop and implement sales & marketing campaigns

General Overview:

The General Manager is the key player in maintaining the smooth and efficient operator of our business Responsibilities include: Planning, directing and coordinating the operations of the organization.

Duties and responsibilities also include formulating policies, managing daily operations and planning the use of materials and human resources oversee activities directly related to making our products.

Directing and coordinating activities of business or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of our beverage products.

2.) Production Manager

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in technical field.

At least 10 years experience in manufacturing field and specifically in consumer preferably beverage or packaged goods industry minimum 5 years must be in a management capacity.

A thorough understanding of the manufacturing/production process, resource allocation and supply chain management.

General Overview:

This positions primary responsibility will be to the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes.

The production manager ensures that our products are produced efficiently.

You will ensure the correct amount is produced at the right cost and at the right level of quality and are responsible for both human and material resources.

Other responsibilities include estimating costs and setting the quality standards, being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes; liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers; ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed,

Must have senior level accounting experience.

6.) HR/Admin Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resource Management field

At least 8 years experience in HR/Admin related role in the manufacturing sector/ industry. Minimum 2 years must be in a management capacity.

Your job will be to: Plan, direct and coordinate human resource management activities in our organization.

7.) Quality Assurance Supervisor

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s / Diploma in Food Science, Microbiology or related field.

At least 5 years experience in QA related role.

General Overview:

Responsibilities: Responsible for direct supervision and utilization of laboratory / water treatment/ syrup blending / sanitation / microbiological equipment, raw materials, quality processes and people in a food production/packaging environment Optimize resources while ensuring raw materials and finished product meet specifications and manufacturing standards and in accordance with NAFDAC, SON and all other governmental policies, procedures, and regulations.

Monitoring production and warehousing processes and practices to ensure satisfactory controls for safety and security of finished products.
