1. Application Form
You need to complete our on-line application form to participate in the program. Please click on the location you are interested in, and start filling in the application form. You can save, review, and return your application at any point after registering. Please take time to complete and to consider your answers carefully, and think about which area you may wish to be considered for. You may submit more than one application, but we'll consider just one, which is more applicable concerning the location choice.

2. Online Testing
When you receive an e-mail with the link to the numeric and verbal on-line tests, please be ready to spend about 30 minutes for each of them, following the instructions. Please be sure that you’ll have just one attempt to complete them.

3. Assessment Center
You’ll get the invitation letter to the Assessment Center, if you succeed in both tests. Be ready for various individual and team exercises and interviews – both professional and competency based. This is also a great chance for you to feel Renaissance environment, its dynamic culture during the whole day.

4. Final Interview
This stage implies the interviews with senior members of the Firm, senior business heads. Be ready for tricky questions!
Final interviews are planned for April 2012.
Renaissance Academy
All the participants from different locations are spending 6 weeks in Moscow (July - August 2012) for highly intensive course, covering technical elements like Accounting, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis and Modelling, Equities and Derivatives, Bonds, and Fixed Income Products, as well as Soft Skills Trainings.
