Job Title: Customer Care Officers (CCO)

Duties

  • Attend to customer enquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Process internet banking service and e-products requested
  • Issue banker’s signature confirmation and reference letter as required Refer customer request beyond his/her limit to appropriate authority
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Business Service Manager

Skills Required

  • Good customer service care
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good documentation and record keeping
  • Good reading and listening skills

Educational Qualification

  • HND Graduate Only (Minimum Lower Credit)
  • Age: Not more than 30 years
  • Experience in banking industry will be an added advantage
