Paul-B Nigeria Plc was concieved way back in late 1980's when it was obvious that our indigenous contracting firms failed to meet the ambition of government, corporate and individual goals in every material sense. It was a common phenomenon, therefore to ridicule our technical experts who not only perform excellently well under expatriate supervision but will show lack of fitness when challenged to deliver under indigenous spheres. Job opportunities were therefore created for foreigners who hitherto were not considered favourably in the technical fields. They became the main beneficiary of this stop gap. Our technical empowerment became worse for it as the opportunity for training and retaining our indigenous manpower were lost. Hence the burning desire for a change gave birth to Paul-B Nigeria Plc., designed to achieve performance standards that is world class.

1.Project Manager

Qualification:
Bsc, or Hnd in civil/ building engineering plus professional certification compulsory

Experience:
Minimum of 10 years working experience with at least 5 years in the construction industry

2.Civil Engineers

Qualification:
Bsc, Or HND in Civil/ Building Engineering

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years working experience all in the construction industry

3.Site Supervisors

Qualification:
HND or OND in Building Technology

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years working experience all in the construction industry

4.Quantity Surveyors

Qualification:
Bsc, HND in Quantity Surveyor

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years working experience all in the construction industry. Must be versatile in construction and engineering work.

5.Store Supervisors

Qualification:
OND in Civil Engineering / Building Technology

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years working experience in the construction industry.

6.Accountants

Qualification:
Bsc, Or HND in Accountant

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years working experience with at least 2 years in a construction company. Abuja Residents preferable. Knowledge of at least 2 financial applications required.

Must possess B.SC Civil / Building Engineering. Membership of International Facility Management Association (IFMA) will be an added advantage.
Suitably candidates will be required to have 1-3 years cognate experience in a construction / manufacturing company.
