OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
Provides time management, administrative and general secretarial support for the office of the CIO. The PA primarily assists the CIO in managing daily itinerary, coordinate technology meetings and prepare pre-reads and reports as requested by the CIO

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Effectively manage CIO’s itinerary using technology tools and applications
• Maintain an effective electronic document and filing management system for the CIO’s office
• Process incoming and outgoing mails, contracts, agreements, etc directing to appropriate IT&S departments/personnel for necessary action
• Processes purchase orders and expense claim forms for the CIO’s Office and for other Company Executives as may be directed
• Makes necessary travel arrangements for the CIO  and liaise with the Procurement & Services function and/or appointed Travel Agents
• Schedule and coordinate important meetings/events
• Ensure adherence to process for all IT&S project engagement with the CIO
• Performs other assigned duties as delegated by the CIO from time to time
• Conduct technology research and prepare pre-reads and reports for the CIO

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
• 1st degree from a reputable tertiary institution
• 2 -3 years cognate work experience within a reputable organization/institution
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• ITIL Masters and Project Management
• Certifications will be an added advantage

Summary

The Sales Support Assistant (SSA) is responsible for providing administrative and related support to the Retail Manager and the Branch Managers (BM) (in the region of coverage of the Retail Manager).
The SSA also serves as the liaison officer for the region and act as back-up for BMs on leave.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Obtains daily sales and competitors information from all branches in region of coverage;
  • Assists RM in the preparation of weekly and monthly Sales reports;
  • Support the RMs in monitoring the branches and sales trend with statistics necessary to guide management decision;
  • Support the BMs in the monitoring of competitors activities and provide useful information including statistics that will promote company activities;
  • Handles all correspondence requiring the RM’s attention;
  • Maintains the lease register for all stations falling under his/her region;
  • Provide relief support for any BM going on a vacation in region of coverage;
  • Disseminates information on behalf of the RM to BMs within his/her region;
  • Relieves RBM's within the region; Carries out any other administrative tasks assigned to him by the RM.

JOB SUMMARY

  • The VMI Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to coordinate the operations of VMI locations by ensuring operations are efficient and conform to the company’s standards and operating procedures.
  • He is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s assets and stock holding at location are safe guarded to prevent loss/theft.
  • The VMI supervisor is also responsible for supervising and sustaining a good and productive team.
  • He also liaises with the Client’s representatives on site to ensure provision of excellent customer service that meets and exceed their expectation.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that VMI location conform to operational standard and function in line with the established operating procedures at all times. He is responsible for ensuring that these locations comply with the laid down procedures and guidelines.
  • Carry out assessment of all equipments’ at ALL times within the VMI site/location with a view to reducing equipment failure/breakdown that can impart on operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate VMI manpower resources to achieve efficiency and high performance in the delivery of quality operational service.
  • Appraise the performance of all operatives working within location/site
  • Ensure proper documentation, records and reporting of product receipts and consumptions.
  • Attend to issues relating to shortages and calibration of tanks, flow meters and dispensing pumps at VMI location/site. Ensure that all measuring equipments – flow meters, dispensing pumps and storage tanks are accurately calibrated, and scheduled in a timely manner for their periodic re-calibration.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management of all stock points within the location/site such that stock variances are kept within the approved tolerance limit. Product loss should be avoided at all points along the product storage, pipeline network and consumption points.
  • Identify training need for Operatives within location/site with a view to closing out competency gaps.
  • Regular monitoring of location/site with documented observations, action points and timelines for close outs of all non-conforming issues.
  • Supervise the Engineering works carried out within location/site for feedback to sign-off on job completion.
  • Compliance with EHSQ policy and procedures. Ensure that all personnel in the location/site conform to the company’s EHSQ policy and avoid major incidents. All incidents must be documented and reported to the EHSQ personnel via CCU.
  • Maintain a movement log (visit register) for self and other monitoring members of his/her team within the location/site.
  • Provides summary report of financial and operational performance of location/site.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • A good University degree in Engineering, Sciences or Social Sciences
  • Minimum of 1 years relevant experience in Bulk Products facility, Inventory and Operations Management

The Accounts Payables Officer is responsible for processing all third party and internal vouchers, staff expense claims as well as the coding of petty cash expenses.

He is also responsible for the general administration and processing of Staff Advances, Loans and all forms of Prepayments.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational

- Generating of invoices in Oracle for approved vendor’s bills and staff claims

- Liaise with P&S regularly to ensure invoices are received on time for payment

Job Title: Technical Analyst

Job Description
Oando Marketing is currently seeking a Technical Analyst is responsible for generating relevant reports to assist in the monitoring of Key Performance Indicators for management review and assessment regarding tasks and activities within the department.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Carries out research and market surveys.
  • Gathers and organizes information on relevant technology advancement.
  • Analyzes data and updates database accordingly.
  • Documents and collate data from research & surveys.
  • Prepares reports for the HOD’s information and review.
  • Planning & Coordination of all departmental meetings. Also record minutes of the meetings and follow up on all actions arising with appropriate personnel.
